Я тоже против учительских (и вообще всех публичных) профсоюзов, но это совершенно другая тема.

У сына лучшие учителя были independently wealthy, всякие бывшие investment bankers, portfolio mangers, успешные ITшники, рано ушедшие на пенсию. Как насчет обязать всех выходящих на пенсию успешных людей с образованием отработать школьными учителями в течение двух лет? А кому, может, и понравится...
