Да это понятно, как и то, что улучшение образования не достигается закидыванием денег в систему. Но вот идея, что определенные профессии платят подоходный налог, а некоторые равнее других это все-таки удивительное убожество. Даже голливудские актрисы давая советы про то, как обустрить Америку до такого не опускались.
