So if the House Democrats and the Senate Democrats can get their act together and get Harris in the chair at the front of the Senate, they can pass a vast spending bill, massive tax hikes and a hike in the debt ceiling without a single Republican vote in either the House or the Senate, and Biden can sign it.

Во-первых это не мой автор, а скорее ваш. (Вы ведь позиционируетесь как правый, не так ли?) Во-вторых - от какого закона Байдена? От того, который демам не удастся пропихнуть или от какого-то другого?
И в третьих, он ничего не иллюстрирует. Он своим респам говорит, что мол не ссыте ребята, вину за ужасы, неважно мнимые или настоящие, вы легко сможете свалить на них и формально будете правы.

1-я часть инфраструктурный закон уже принят, после того как Байден уменьшил его цену в 2 раза и сузил до более-менее проекта, который представили сами респы.
В обоих статьях речь идет о 2-й части(3.5трлн.)
