То что люди давно живут в различных климатических поясах с перепадом температур градусов в 40, их очевидно нимало не смущает. Интересно, они просто идиоты или всех остальных считают идиотами?

Humans are clearly the most adaptable large animal species by far. In fact, arguably, only micro-organisms or, maybe, things like lichens are more adaptable to ambient conditions.

I'd bet more money on roaches and rodents than on humans but the point stands.

Rats and roaches are extremely good in adapting to our environment. I suspect they would be less successful without us.
