Ok, this is better. Take free speech. Clearly this is not a universal right in the sense that most of the world do not have it. Still we (many of us, in any case) believe it to be a universal human right in the sense that it is something to aspire to.
I believe (and you are free to believe otherwise, of course) that the freedom to travel is similar. In fact we have this freedom partially -- within the EU or within the US. Notice that even within a single country this is not always the case (there is still propiska in Russian and something similar in China, for example).
You have the right to aspire to whatever you want. Your aspirations live in your head only. They don't translate to any actual rights in the sense that rights are generally understood per quotes above.
You are trying to prove something to me but I am not sure what. If you are not willing to consider this to be a human right, that your choice. It may become universally accepted like the freedom of speech in the future (I hope it will) or it may not.
Clearly not all aspirations lead to good outcomes (communism is an example), but it is a pretty obvious point. They do change the world, it is a fact, but the change is now always positive.
