This line is the same line they used to dismiss the furor after Trump's "blood coming out of her wherever" comment. In that case, your mind had to be in the gutter to think that Trump was talking about Megyn Kelly's period.

В случае с blood coming of her wherever я тоже склоняюсь к тому, что он не имел в виду менструацию (но не убежден). В данном случае затрудняюсь сказать, но вполне допускаю, что ничего именно salacious Т мог в виду и не иметь (лично я, когда прочитал этот твит, намека не заметил). Мог и иметь, впрочем.
