А принудительно лечат просто по "красному флагу" выставленому врачем, или все же по решению суда? Со всеми апелляциями и прочими аттрибутами due process?
they can, while the dude is under guardianship - the dude cannot d a lot of things. drive, live alone, go to places unsupervised, etc. firearms are out of question.
Once again, we're not trying to solve all problems at once. If we can separate a few psychos from guns that's a good outcome. I don't have good solutions for most mass murderers.
