Your right makes zero sense. Countries (and other localities, like medieval cities behind the wall and moat) were always designed as a way to keep outsiders away and protect against enemies. There was never a right to be and work where your want. You just invented it. And it doesn't matter of there are other people who believe in the same nonsense, it's still nonsense. Just like people believes in communism. There were many millions but it's nonsense nonetheless.
And no - our rights are not just in our heads. They are written in our Constitution.
