i understand your point, but i defer to police on that. they find this practice eeee.. lucrative nad also preventatively forbidding. i think they know what they are talking about. i would let them decide. and would challenge anybody to come up with sufficient "unlawful seizure from an innocent person" cases.

Тем не менее, существуют известные факты и тенденции. Действительно, рисковать жизнью и спасать Вас они не обязаны. Действительно, все что вы скажете с большое вероятностью будет повернуто против вас. Действительно, имели место факты коррупции и срастания полиции с мафией. Действительно war on drugs becomes ridiculously absurd. И мы знаем, что чем больше власти у чего-то там - правительства, полиции - тем больше опасность отклонений не туда.
