For now, it dials down the gravest threat to the transatlantic alliance since the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s founding after World War II.

“When it comes to the protection of the Arctic, with a priority on Greenland, we have to spend more energy, more time, more focus on this because we know the sea lanes are opening up,” NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told Bloomberg News Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait in an interview in Davos.

Это очевидно. Обама избиравшись на анти-военных настроениях, устроил гражданские войны в Сирии, Ливии, вернулся в Ирак, и продолжил в Афганистане. Байден устроил Свойну. (Причем, если Байдена Вы в этом поддерживали, то как мне помнится, Обаму не очень-то. Но не об оценках речь.) Это были затяжные кровопролитные войны, они не были закончены в ту же каденцию; из-за их решений погибли миллионы людей. Оппозиция их войнам была существенным фактором в том, за что выбирали Трампа, оба раза.

Но, разница также в том, что в этих ограниченных военных операциях Трампа бесспорно, что и их начало, и конец - это решения или по крайней мере одобрения, лично самого президента. В случаях Обамы и Байдена, что решили президенты лично, а что - натворила система, пока они председательствовали и смотрели мимо, сказать зачастую гораздо сложнее.

В Сирии и Ливии мы не воевали, а Ирак и Афганистан устроил не Обама. Трамп же за целый президентский срок не вышел из Афганистана, несмотря на все обещания, а оставил это Байдену, с известными результатами.

Войну в Украине устроил не Байден, а Путин и только Путин. Я знаю ваше мнение, повторять его мне больше не нужно.

Мой тезис тут минималистский: у Трампа пока несколько СВО, а остальные ввязались в затяжные войны -> попрекать Трампа риском "маленькой победоносной войны" - оснований *меньше*, чем для прочих.

По всем(!) пунктам, Вы кажется забываете что там реально было, и получается отбеливание истории, под желаемый ответ. Я накидал сслылок, для освежения, если желаете.
При этом нам тут ну совершенно незачем переосмыслять/relitigate историю за четверть века в деталях.

Свойна. Даже если занимать оголтело про-украинскую про-Байденовскую позицию левее вашей, и во всем винить только ВВП, можно заметить, что они в 2022 Путина якобы надеялись быстро добить, а получили войну на истощение.
