Если считать активистами всех судей, которые выносят неугодные вам решения, то вы всегда будете правы по определению. Это конечно очень удобно, но малопродуктивно.
Я думаю, для страны это ничего не изменит. Правда, если Трамп апеллирует в ВС а тот поддержит Колорадо, то может и изменит, но в очень хорошую сторону. Только я очень сомневаюсь в таком исходе апелляции.

The fact that they found 4 Republicans means absolutely nothing. I read yesterday as it was announced and people tweeted "we did it! ". It's pretty clear it is an absolutely partisan group and the people cheering this decision are very progressive.
A group of state judges all appointed by dems claiming the leading opponent can't run — yes, it's not hard to consider them activists.
And I very much doubt a Supreme Court decision stopping Trump from participating in the elections would be a good thing either. Yes, ideally I'd want both of them to step aside but it is clearly not going to happen.
