Это конечно клоун, но 3+ года его в тюрьме держать for tresspassing по-моему бред. В тоже время , в прошлом году во время беспорядков в одном НЙ разгромили около 400 бизнесов. Интересно, кого-нибудь поймали и посадили? Думаю, что нет.

Forbes :
John Pierce — who has represented over a dozen other alleged January 6 rioters and runs the nonprofit National Constitutional Law Union — filed papers in federal court Monday indicating he will serve as Chansley’s counsel.
In a statement to Forbes, the NCLU claimed Pierce and attorney William Shipley will take over Chansley’s case from lawyer Albert Watkins, and said they’re considering appealing Chansley’s sentence or conviction and claiming he had “ineffective assistance of counsel.”
