Интересно, что скажут товарищи справа с свете недавних судьбоносных решений про кондитера и сегдняшнего не-решения про цветочника. Разницу объяснять не нужно, спасибо.

Зато узнал много интересного:

Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, and South Dakota all have laws specifically allowing pharmacists the right to refuse to fill prescriptions, according to the National Women’s Law Center. Other states have broader laws that allow health care providers to refuse certain types of services but prohibit them from preventing customers from accessing it elsewhere. And in California, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Washington, and Wisconsin, pharmacies are required to provide patients with their prescribed medication.

Я удивляюсь, что на свете существует магазин сети Walgreens, в котором в фармотделе только один сотрудник. Обычно их как минимум три.

UPD. Sure enough, там было еще два сотрудника:

Сотрудник просто решил не следовать установленным аптекой правилам. Надеюсь, его выгонят и накажут долларом.

В статье вообще-то написано, что там было еще два сотрудника, но вместо того, чтобы спокойно передать им рецепт и отстраниться, аптекарь просто отказался ее обслуживать.
