Ну, предположим, что это не квоты, а что-то другое. Как бы придумать такую «объективную» систему, при которой китайцев бы принимали всего на 5 процентов больше чем негров? Да ещё такую чтобы по-прежнему принимать всех богатых белых детей.

Хорошо бы их вздрючили нипадецки.
