мне кажется все очень просто и регионально. не хотите памятник Эйхману там где детки ходят в школу вашу? устройте локальный плебецсит.

Да, плебецсит это хорошо. Но все же можно голосовать не только за снос, но и за музей.

Обычно памятник - это не музейный артефакт, ему там просто делать нечего, только место занимать.
