С самой интересной инициативой выступили венгерские товарищи, но они не одиноки.

the government made the citizens an offer they could not refuse. They could either remit their individual retirement savings to the state, or lose the right to the basic state pension (but still have an obligation to pay contributions for it).

Не так ли будут и у нас чинить Social Security когда там кончатся деньги?

Точно. С этими медикекак его, медикейд, медикера - сначала продай дом и всё спусти, потом уже тебе дадут то, на что ты всю жизнь как бы отстёгивал.
