Edison (NJ) police on heightened alert for Yom Kippur

A series of anti-Semitic incidents have struck the sprawling Middlesex County township over the last year, alarming the area’s large Jewish community. Police have investigated the beating of a Jewish student, racial slurs shouted at Jewish residents and multiple cases of swastikas scrawled throughout the town.

now, you claimed i was "telling stories" about a construction worker, and claimed you were very much informed on the situation, so i provided you the link on the incident

I assure you the lady is not crazy. She is actually very nice. Just not to everyone.

I don't read a lot of mass media. But from what I see, specifically on the mosque subject, there is more in support than against it.

You said "well, there is plenty of shouting and threats being thrown around at muslims, especially around ground zero". This is what I called telling stories. If there were "plenty" of that I would have noticed. But in reality there was just one episode.

You are right that there was no investigation in this case. Perhaps because there was nothing to investigate. The culprit was right there and had no intention to hide. Most likely he didn't do enough to earn a criminal charge.

Now, let's examine this tidal wave of anti-Semitic crimes that swept through Middlesex County township that has its jewish residents running for the hills and screaming bloody murder, shall we?

so, a nineteen year old was punched once (once!) by some 15 year old baby and that was called a BEATING, no less, followed by an arrest and sentencing; let's repeat - a jewish guy gets struck by a baby, there were no antisemitic "slogans" shouted, but by the sheer virtue of the victim being a jew, that's anti-Semitic, of course, and one punch is a beating; well, why don't we call him a fucking slain martyr and erect him a motherfucking monument, huh?

then a guy was arrested for shouting “Heil Hitler” (no threats of any sort)

and then there were two swastikas drawn

because of this bullshit there is more police officers on the beat now and ADL is involved

what a motherfucking travesty, what a crying shame

So, on one hand we have a single episode in a huge city which, in your opinion, constitutes an open season, an avalanche, and plenty of shouting. On the other hand we have three incidents in a small town which, in your opinion, are not a cause for any concern.

Such a mindset does reflect a certain bias.
