Я думаю, что, даже если это действительно результат эмансипации, то ситуация тут такая же, как и с детьми, -- дети делают людей несчастными, но отказываться от детей люди не собираются (большинство).

Если спросить у средней (не очень счастливой женщины) как бы она хотела прожить свою жизнь, если б можно было начать сначала, то она бы от эмансипации не отказалась, я согласен. Если задать тот же вопрос про детей, то она даст тот же ответ, но я не так уж уверен, будет ли это правда.
