по поводу 2, и еще недавно статью читал про UK, в общем, рост в самых развитых странах (кроме США) остановился :(
3 - я не прав, но да, не все обязательно плохо.
вчера читал другой прогноз, что рынок "переоценен" как минимум на 45% (что не значит, что он упадет на 45%, даже если автор прав, 45/145 = 31%)
так что пока что прогнозы от >-30% до +10%, посмотрим
