I obviously did not invent it since there are other people who believe similar things (unless you think I personally convinced all of them).

The rights written at the Constitution had been in some-one's head before they were written. Historically there was no free speech, nobody believed that all men were created equal, liberty was an inalienable right, etc.

By the way, America did have open borders historically (until maybe 1900 or so). People could just come to America and start a new life.
